I Lost 3.7 Pounds Playing Wii Fit

Today’s Stats are:
BMI: 25.05 (- .51)
Weight: 185 lbs (- 3.7)
Goal: 170 lbs/ 23 BMI
I know it’s been a couple of weeks since I posted my stats, so here they are. I sprained my ankle after I got back from vacation and it’s been hard to get back into my routine. However, I have still managed to lose weight. I truly believe the two key components to losing weight are exercise and diet. I think too many people forget that they need to eat and drink properly while exercising. These two go hand in hand and when combined enhance your weight loss momentum.
I only have 13 more pounds to lose before I reach my target weight of 170 pounds, woot! I hope everyone following my progress are still active and playing Wii Fit. For a long time I was unable to get motivated about exercising, but Nintendo has made it a lot of fun. Until next time, stay motivated and keep playing.
